Midland Information Resources Awarded Best Workplace in America by PIA
Midland Information Resources has been nationally recognized with the 2004 Best Workplace in America award sponsored by the Master Printers of America (MPA). This is the 4th year in a row that Midland has been recognized for its outstanding Human Resource practices.
The MPA, a committee of industry leaders belonging to the Printing Industries of America (PIA), launched its Best Workplace in America Awards Program in 2000 as a way to spotlight the trendsetters among its membership that have cultivated a superior work environment through their culture, philosophies and human relations’ practices.
The best workplace model is based on six components and judges primarily look for companies that incorporate extraordinary HR practices into their work environment including work environment and organizational culture, training and development opportunities, financial security, work-life balance, recognition and rewards and health and well-being programs.
